Integrity Manufacturing is a well-respected, progressive company in the signage industry.  Integrity is currently recruiting for a SALES REPRESENTATIVE to be primarily responsible for identifying new opportunities in business and sales for Integrity Manufacturing. 

SUMMARY
The ideal candidate for this position is highly responsible, self-motivated, and intensely driven to enhance sales and build the customer base. Further, the candidate will display passion and enthusiasm when promoting and discussing company products and services and will take complete responsibility for results. This position will have a base salary as well as a commission incentive.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

a) Meets daily and weekly targets for prospecting, sales calls, customer emails, and client appointments;
b) Responsible for identifying new opportunities for new business and sales;
c) Articulates effective value-proposition sales strategies to clients, and follows the sales process so that customers and internal staff receive consistent follow through;
d) Must respond to customer needs and follow through on all aspects of requests in a timely manner so that extraordinary client service is provided;
e) Remains in constant communication with clients and internal staff, and actively seeks ways to keep the company in their client's minds.
f) Works closely with the Integrity management team and staff to ensure that sales and orders are clearly communicated and documented fully and accurately;
g) Remains updated on sales and orders and communicates status with clients;
h) Proactively overcomes sales objections and displays resilience and tenacity in the pursuit of new business;
i) Maintains customer database for accuracy and notes; conducts data clean-up each month to ensure accuracy in customer contact information.
j) Prepares sales presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree in business and related industrial sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
